20+ Homemade & Handmade Valentines Day Gift Ideas!
a collection of sweet and thoughtful Valentine’s day gifts that come from the heart but cost little or nothing to give!
Our Homemade/Handmade Christmas gift guide was so popular this past year, that I decided why not do it this year for Valentines Day!
I’ve rounded up 30+ gift ideas that include everything from clothing to decor- sweet treats and cards, spa treatments, and heartfelt momentos! And I’ve even got a few special something somethings for the littles!
So let’s get creating!
- Gift a piece of your plants! Propagating plants is SUPER easy and totally free! I received this two-tiered planter tray filled with four plant varieties from my sweet neighbor last year. She knew how much I envied her plant collection, so she thoughtfully put together this arrangement and it is by far one of the BEST gifts I’ve received!
2. Whether you make it for the coffee lover in your life or add some faux or fresh flowers for your sweetheart, this adorable Heart Mug that Lucy from Craftberry Bush made is simple but SUPER sweet!
3. Know someone who needs a little extra TLC? How about making up a spa kit and include this invigorating Mint & Lemon Scrub that The Idea Room created?
4. Grandparents and parents alike will ADORE these handmade Valentines from the littles!
5. Say it with love by creating a fun word sign with scrap materials like this one from Re-fabbed!
6. Your littles are going to LOVE having their very own gum ball machine like the one Cincy Shopper created! You won’t believe what she used either!
7. Speaking of the littles, I bet they or anyone with a sweet tooth will feel VERY loved if they get these prettily wrapped and oh so delish donuts for Valentines!
8. Want to give flowers but don’t want to spend big $$$? Why not make some! There are plenty of options(I’m sharing one more further down) but they don’t alway have to be traditional looking flowers. These colorful pine cones are perfectly perfect and they won’t cost you a penny!
9. I don’t sew but if I did I would definitely make these fun and SUPER cute Lavender Rice foot warmers! Â Who wouldn’t want one (or two) of them on a cold February night?
10. This Bead and Floral Wreath and XO wall art might have cost $0 to make but someone’s going to think they are priceless because they come from the heart.
11. A message in a bottle can be funny or sweet but it won’t ever be thrown away! I guarantee it!
12. Scratch off tickets are a GENIUS way to say what you need to say! Or gift the one you love with a few of their favorite things like a foot message or date night!
