The perfect make-ahead breakfast casserole for the holidays!
**DISH CAN BE MADE A DAY AHEAD
When ready to make:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish
Add the bread crumbs to the bottom of the casserole dish.
Layer on the ham, broccoli, onion, and cheese.
Combine the milk and the eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until completely blended. Add in dry mustard, paprika, and parsley. Mix until combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
Combine more bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Stir until coated. Add in remaining cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake the casserole for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from casserole from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
