Classic Bloody Mary's

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 1/2 ounces Vodka optional
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 drops Sriracha sauce
  • freshly ground pepper

Garnishes

  • Pickles
  • Celery Stalks
  • Cheese Cubes (Pepper jack, white cheddar, Monterey Jack)
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Lemon wedges
  • Lime Wedges
  • Celery Seed

Ice

Instructions

  1. Chill 2 glasses for at least 30 minutes

  2. Wet the rim of each glass with a lime wedge

  3. Place celery seed on a small plate

  4. Dip the glass rims into the celery seed. Set glasses aside

  5. Add the ice to the shaker

  6. Pour in tomato juice, lemon & lime juice, and pickle juice.

  7. Add in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, and Vodka.

  8. Sprinkle in freshly ground pepper

  9. Shake until well mixed

  10. Fill glasses with ice

  11. Pour in Bloody Mary mix

  12. Add garnishes and serve immediately.
