Although I always enjoy whipping up a special dinner on Valentines Day, I usually don’t do much in the way of decorating. But this time of year-when it’s bitterly cold- the snow is piling up- and I’m impatient for Spring- I like to add a bit of sunshine with flowers. Whether fresh or faux-I think flowers not only add a pop of color, but also a touch of romance to any room in the house!
Since I’m crushing on soft-muted pinks lately, I decided to pull out a few pieces of my favorite china, and add some pretty pink roses to our dining room built in’s.
